Registered Nurse (RN) — Long-Term Contract

Long-term contract Upstate New York 36–40 hours / week, 13+ weeks
Role overview

Stable long-term RN contracts at skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities upstate. Consistent hours, predictable scheduling, and dedicated Iconic support for the full assignment.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide continuity of care for assigned patient populations over multi-week contracts.
  • Participate in care planning, wound care, medication administration, and patient education as scoped.
  • Maintain compliance with facility infection-control and safety protocols.
  • Serve as a professional representative of Iconic Healthcare Staffing on site.
  • Submit timesheets and shift notes through Iconic's coordinator channel.

Qualifications & requirements

  • NYS RN license with no active restrictions.
  • Two or more years of LTC, rehab, or hospital experience.
  • BLS required; experience with vent/trach patients a plus for select facilities.
  • Willingness to commit to full contract length with possible extension.
  • References from a supervisor within the last 24 months.
